Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a manufacturer defect (not shipping damage), Super Bros Houseware will cover the return shipping and provide a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives defective due to a manufacturer issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
