Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to a manufacturer defect (not shipping damage), Super Bros Houseware will cover the return shipping and provide a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives defective due to a manufacturer issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
